The only way it has plutonium or thorium is from Indian nuclear test fallout. I believe they did theirs in flat desert country, not the Himalayas.
Getting a real crystal skull is a bit tricky - especially if you don’t have a long-lasting light source to avoid getting eaten by a grue.
