The book is geared for young adults, and quite good. The protagonists don’t know what’s “wrong” with them, so it’s more about discovering yourself, being an outsider, and of course - weird family relationships and connections. I don’t remember it being gory, more suggestive. They don’t really leave bodies behind, as they eat everything in the span of an hour or so. Recommended, though.

Normally, Timothee Chalamet and Mark Rylance would be enough for me to give it a watch, but I’m gonna give this one a pass.
