I met Jeff once. He was married to a friend of a friend of my wife and we were all at a barbecue together.
He was a good sport about us yelling “Wake up Jeff”! at him. Nice bloke.

Allegedly they retired The Cockroaches when many people started turning up to gigs and requesting Wiggles songs.
At least that was the story back in the day, but that might be an urban legend
