A prosciutto sandwich made with prosciutto bread. That seems like it would be really salty. I’m not saying it would be bad…just really salty.

I’m guessing that’s why the fig jam (sweetness) and spicy oil (fat, heat) come in and join the party!

I had never heard of prosciutto bread. Now I want prosciutto bread french toast, prosciutto bread pudding, prosciutto bread bowl clam chowder, prosciutto breadboard circuits, you name it.
