Or you could buy a nice 4TB external drive and encrypt it yourself for $90 or so. Or a 256GB flash drive for $50…
There are a ton of “free” AES-256 solutions available.

Until a security flaw is found (because cryptography is hard) and you can’t update the firmware of the thing (because that’s a security flaw)…
