I wonder how many wasted smoothies it took to get to that level of perfection? I’d practice in a vat or a bathtub.

Not as many as you’d think. He doesnt achieve that level of expertise overnight. The technique probably evolves as he goes on, raising the glass higher and higher as his confidence/skill rises.

I just wonder how he is “allowed” to do this. I can see some tense, unimaginative manager dropping by and telling guy “Hey, tone it down. This isn’t about you.” He’s likely the owner-operator.

Or it’s in some country other than the United States. Performance artists in food establishments seem to be a lot more common elsewhere.

This is one of those things that if I saw it in a movie I’d just assume is special effects.
