I grew up on a pig farm, and they really are very neat animals. Clever, and quick learners, too, which caused some trouble: as soon as one pig managed to get the pen door open (they were held closed by a spring latch), they’d break out regularly, so you had to tie the pen door closed with rope or a length of chain.

We figured out a clever solution to that. We live in a 1 bed, and all share the same room. There’s literally nowhere to leave a mess! #involuntarymicrohousing
You share a 1BR with a pig? You better be tidy!
