This precision multi cooker has all of the features of a Sous Vide without the massive price tag
We’re capitalizing cooking techniques now?
Oh, for fewk’s sake. You’re not even trying now.
You can get perfectly the gold standard of home immersion circulators, the Anova, for under a hundred bucks, not some off-brand like the one you’re peddling.
The new Instant Pots are well known, reliable, can do sous vide cooking, are in the same price range, and have excellent service
Also doesn’t seem to have any water circulation like an immersion circulator would. Though the pot is probably small enough that that might not be a big deal.
In which case you’ll get off cheaper making the home-brewed one out of Cooking for Geeks.
Without the massive price tag? This is like $15 more than I paid for my sous vide.
Sure, it may be more expensive, but at least it appears to have a fraction of the volume capacity of your home sous vide as well!
