Almost certain this is a Reboing! but ‘tv’ and ‘television’ or ‘tiny’ are not the best search terms on the BBS.
Looks similar to these Tiny TV Classics which I’ve received a few of as gifts, except that you can choose your own content to watch instead of coming preloaded.
