I didn’t live here in Venice back in the 90’s so it’s fun to see how things once looked. That area at Ocean Front Walk and Windward has changed a lot over the years (starting appx 17min into the video)!

I believe the video opens up at the old skate area right around where the big V sculpture is today, at Windward and OFW.
