That’s what US seatbelt laws are about - wearing it. The difference between states is whether not wearing one is a primary or secondary offense. Primary indicates police can pull you over and ticket you for not wearing one. Secondary means if they pull you over for speeding, they can give you a second ticket for not wearing the belt.

sorry, the trunk was designed around two beer crates (or so the urban legend claims)
but it IS a twoseater, and the passenger seat can be removed without too much hassle
