Huh. This reboot of Fatal Attraction is going in a way different direction than I originally thought. I do like that they kept the “not gonna be ignored” line.

I worry sometimes about tree branches acting like that.

I think that’s the video i’d seen before and it’s definitely scary. I have wondered about falling tree branches, especially here in Austin because we have a lot of heritage trees that the city protects. Even trimming branches requires going through the city. Now that i recall i think i’ve been hit by a small branch once a few years back, thankfully it glanced off me.

I also grew up on the coast and tried not to worry about getting hit by falling coconuts. Many homes and public areas had tall coconut trees that more often than not were overladen with coconuts.
