Chi seems a bit big and longish for the breed. Maybe a mix?

A friend of mine has a chihuahua with a large simpleton dog companion which it orders around to pull food from high surfaces &c., in an arrangement that many have compared to Master Blaster (or Ren & Stimpy), but unfortunately no matter how hard you try you can’t get the chihuahua to ride around on the large one.
