I’ve witnessed it in my personal life, that’s how recent some of the assimilations have been. The one true holdout is against African-Americans. Even with all this nonsense about Islamic terrorism, in the relatively near future whites in the U.S. will embrace Muslims as being “one of us” in the ongoing attempt to maintain numbers and thus power over the ones who can never be assimilated because that would mean slavery (and thus the history of the South) really was as terrible as people have said.
