Soooo do they not have documents backed up in digital form, or perhaps multiple hard copies, in Chile?

Yeap, we have those, but digital copies aren’t legally valid. I don’t know if hard copies are valid, but I doubt the university have done any of them, so…

If only Anonymous had pulled this off in the USA in a widespread digital attack… they’d be considered national heros by far more people here.
