Labour would probably let him in. The Tories definitely will.

Yeah, the unfortunate reality is that special exceptions will, no doubt, be made for him to admit him into various countries. (Although this might give Scotland some ammunition for various proposed actions, e.g. an Unexplained Wealth Order.)
