What I see is someone who isn’t paying attention to his public image at all anymore. Has he run off his makeup person? His hair person? Why never a suit anymore?
He’s probably not able to see or care anymore. For someone that vain, it suggests a very quick and deep decline.

It would appear by first approximation that he has not stopped eating.
This shot suggests maybe a quick shot with a phone camera, and he may not have even been aware his image was being recorded.
For someone who in the past has appeared to be as ego-driven as that former guy is, and image-obsessed as he is, this may have been early-ish in the morning (check the morning light low-angle in the window), before his make-up and hair curator(s) got in to fix him up. Given how the table is set, it may even be breakfast time… a breakfast meeting? Probably at Bedminster, given the date?
