Trump the Chump (Part 1)

The kitty doesn’t deserve to be compared to the orange atrocity

I don’t know why they don’t just cut those last few threads connecting them to reality and just pretend Trump is President for Life, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ people or anyone at all different from them simply doesn’t exist and everybody lives under a Christian Nationalist state.
They obviously don’t give a shit about facts and the truth. So why not just zone-out and
completely ignore the rest of us and anything that contradicts ‘how things are supposed to be’? They’d be a lot happier, and we would too when they never speak to us, or worse, ever again.
They’re sooooo close to doing that already, they just need to delude themselves a little harder. Go on MAGAts, I know you can do it.

So long as they vanish into their own pocket dimension. Problem is, they won’t be content until they either convert or eliminate any who might contradict their delusional reality. It’s not too fine a point to call this an existential battle.

Cannon’s ruling could slow down and complicate the government’s criminal probe, particularly if the Justice Department decides to appeal over the unsettled and tricky questions of what executive privilege a former president may have.

Implicitly arguing that it’s better to just accept that Trump does still have executive privilege.

Just imagine how apeshit the GOP would go if the Clinton family was selling stolen secrets to foreign powers and hiding it behind “executive privilege”

I think this is why/how we see bigoted tirades & meltdowns in public. Someone else had the temerity to live their own life and it burst the MAGA-type’s bubble, & they’re out of their zone.

(Or what @anon29537550 said right after your post)

Because it’s not good enough to pretend we don’t exist, they have to enforce the fact that they don’t want the rest of us to have rights. It’s not just about living their “best life”, it only works if the rest of us DON’T live as we see fit, but as they see fit or, you know, die violently. Fascism is less about the fascists living as they want, and more about forcing others to live as they want or killing them. It’s a violent elininationists ideology.

I’m sure Trump could do better than an imperial RV, and when his follows try to arrest police, they’ll be armed.

This from *2019*:

I wonder what charges, what evidence, what trial, what outcome will occur with the former guy.

“Originally…”

I think this is an almost perfect analogy. Blaming something else for what is entirely your fault.
Still, okay, poor kitty.
(He’s a bit of a dimbo, though)

Pow, they took off.

They roared into the sky like a ship that knew precisely what it was doing. The trip passed uneventfully for awhile, but slowly they arrived at the inner perimeter of the hollow, spherical Dust Cloud that surrounded their sun and home planet, occupying as it were, the next orbit out.

It was more as if there were a gradual change in the texture and consistency of space. The darkness seemed to thrum and ripple past them. It was a very cold darkness, a very blank and heavenly darkness, it was the darkness of the night sky of Krikkit. They were now on the very boundary of the historical consciousness of their race. This was the very limit beyond which none of them had ever speculated, or even known that there was any speculation to be done.

They flew out of the cloud.

They saw the staggering jewels of the night in their infinite dust and their minds sang with fear.

“It’ll have to go,” the men of Krikkit said as they headed back for home.

On the way back home they sang a number of tuneful and reflective songs on the subjects of peace, justice, morality, culture, sport, family life, and the obliteration of all other life forms.

Although that’s giving the MAGA fascists too much credit.

Because they know, deep in the blackened, shriveled things they have for hearts, that they are right and everyone else is wrong, and if they just try hard enough they can prove it.

Oversimplistically, there’s basically two types of crazy people: those who know their beliefs are insane and have can accept that not everyone shares them, and those who will destroy democracy, kill anyone who contradicts them, and break reality itself if that’s what it takes to change the universe to match their insanity.

Truth Social says it currently has enough cash to maintain options through April 2023, and that it soon plans to begin generating revenue via advertising.

That’s going to be a lot of MyPillow ads!

Does that include paying their hosting provider?

So sad that the Queen didn’t see Trump off. I’m sure that would have been a royal amusement. Then again, she’d seen off quite a number of monsters in her time.
