To be fair, he very much pushes the idea that the Occupied territories ARE part of Israel, so not sure it’s a flub, and more of a declaration of his ideological beliefs about Palestinians. He also refuses to call them Palestinians, but calls them the “Arab population”. He’s on board with the greater Israel project.
