Turn a plastic bottle into a bidet

If someone’s out of TP a guess is better than nothing :stuck_out_tongue:

My only concern with a bidet is having a wet bum. The really nice models with air drying sound great, but I’m concerned about spending that kind of money and not liking it. I also wonder how good the flushing system is on them. When I replace toilets I usually install an American Standard Champion and then I don’t have to worry about someone clogging it.

Having used them in the past its not that big of a deal. Your rear will be cleaner than if you just used TP, and you can always dry up using a small amount of TP. The airdrying i would not recommend considering that hand dryers and the like are known for being magnets for bacteria and end up pushing air loaded with said bacteria, just dry yourself with TP or a towel.

Or just drill/ knife a hole in the side of a regular cap.

I’m prepared to cut up a couple of old t-shirts, use the rags to wipe, toss them in a container set up like a diaper pail, and then run them through the laundry. This is probably less icky if you have an in-home washer and dryer.

Bonus: you can dampen them with water before wiping.

It’s not as though, in centuries past, paper has been the go-to! (I see what I did there)

Remove it from the water bottle for a convenient enema form factor.
