Hey guys; just in case you need some tips; Louisiana cops from 1960 have more of a clue than you. That’s not a good thing, at all. Exceeding the standards of Louisiana law enforcement is generally a good idea; and having learned something about dealing with psych cases in the past 5 decades is the sort of ‘professional development’ that makes you look competent.
