These all are rumors.The plan is to takeover the twitter not to destroy it.

They aren’t “rumors” - they’re what he’s doing, right in front of us. He may not be trying to destroy Twitter, but he is.
One of the problems is that he clearly doesn’t actually have a plan - at least not a plan based in reality.

He already took over “the Twitter”. It’s a private company now. His problem, as evinced by his flailing around and desperate and illegal moves, is that he had no idea what to do with it after he took it over.
