The bun in the backyard keeps getting bigger and sometimes has a pal in for dinner.
Normally Iโd be worrying about how to get it out into the park, but โฆ new owner problem!
Meanwhile, the new place is across from a belt of parkland, and Iโll bet thereโs a ton of buns (and predators).

Today is the auction clearout of stuff in the house, stuff that nether my brother or I can take, and if it breaks even, bonus because we donโt have to pay for someone to remove it.
There was a small desk and chair. My brother had them when he was five, I had them when I was five.
A nice couple bought it for their daughter (I bet sheโs five!), and when they came, they brought her up to the room see them, before taking them, and she was so excited!

Our area was blessed with buns galore awhile back (seen in the wee hours), but they disappeared when starving coyotes (almost always seen with their pups) were driven down to our then bun-rich area during the height of the drought. Gotta bear the ups and downs of Nature.

Very lucky. Possibly someone has gotten a similar shot with one or two bees, maybe even three. But I canโt imagine anyone has ever captured this bee four.
