Can you also search specifically for hotels that do NOT have functional windows? Asking for some Russian oligarchs.

That photo looks like it was taken in Munich, in the old McGraw barracks. The architecture is very familiar to me, and of course the Rischart cup is a giveaway that you are in my town.
I’d invite you to see the parts of Munich I like, which do not involve the Wies’n. If you’re still in the city, that is.
