Michigan grad here ('02). I can only imagine that people are fighting to get into the dorm… because housing in Ann Arbor is insanely expensive. I paid $500 a month for basement room with a shared bathroom upstairs that I shared with seven other guys, and that was 20 years ago. I can only imagine what time and a housing crisis have done to rents. Any dorms will be popular. That doesn’t mean they are well-liked.
