It was probably intended as some weird reminder of his DUI? You know, wet and dry as synonyms for drunk and sober, respectively? That’s the only thing I can come up with. Bullying often isn’t rational or logical.

Some people are just fucking mean.

Just imagine having to deal with this lady in a retail or food service situation. She’s definitely the type to make a mess just to make someone’s day harder, or to lie to attempt to get random employees fired.
