Likely wild - there’s a subspecies of black bear native to Florida and not uncommon in neighborhoods near wooded areas. They’re usually just digging through garbage and not chasing people, though!

That map could use an update because it shows no bear population in any of Ohio. We have reports of them in Geauga County every year.
One of our neighbors saw one take down their bird feeder and later we saw the muddy tracks across the driveway (this was from June, 2019). The shoe in the photo is my size 9.
