Video released of Tulsa police fatally shooting unarmed black man Terence Crutcher

How does that direct police to execute the individual instead of serving the warrant?

Because Max feels that is an acceptable, understandable, and laudable form of Justice.

There is no hope until the laws are changed countrywide where an officer does nothing wrong when they are allowed to murder so long as they do not have “malice and good faith” in their intent and “feel that they are in danger”. Cops are trained in whatever academy to vocalize that they are in danger and thus not culpable, independent of whether the person is armed or not. If they feel like murder, they can murder with impunity.

Call me if there’s ever actually a conviction which fits the crime.

Manslaughter.

Man slaughter.

Man’s laughter.

Even I don’t know what I’m on about.

That’s understandable. I’m at the point where walking out the back door and screaming at the top of my lungs seems like the sane option.

Let’s see if it goes anywhere beyond the usual “thin blue line” bullshit.

I suppose the smear of blood on the closed car window undermined the defense that he was reaching into the car.

Yes, the jury may be instructed to take a lot of ridiculous shit into account

It doesn’t matter the facts, only that she “believed” her life was in danger and thus “acted in good faith”.

These laws in every state need to be amended. Washington has an initiative that we’re trying to get on the ballot to do just that.

In order to put forward this terribly important further information about the dead man you ignored the actual response to the first page from @SpunkyTWS:[quote=“SpunkyTWS, post:157, topic:85730, full:true”]
Regardless of his previous interactions with police you’ve still judged him to be guilty of something in this case without any evidence. You’re making assumptions at the same time you’re telling others not to do the same.

Or are you implying that because Crutcher had a criminal past the police were justified in their use of force? If that’s what you’re trying to say I hope you have some evidence that they recognized him.

I’ll try and have a little hope, but i don’t think it’ll last until her acquittal.

Oh, shit! Is it gone already? I’d better look around.
