Watch how some restaurants sneakily craft “steaks” from lesser parts using “meat glue”

What cut are they trying to imitate? Wherever this is being done the patrons of that dining establishment are not very observant, so I don’t think they’d care.

It seems just as apparent as any other formed meat products & grilling wouldn’t disguise it much.

Why are you all up in my grill about it? I was just trying to follow @Crnk’s lead.
