What’s going on where 90% of the drones behave and go to the right place, but the drones responsible for the bottom of the I and M don’t get into proper position? They just weren’t feeling it?

If you look at the computer model at 0:30, it looks like it was planned, so it’s kind of like they’re just getting into position. Other points in the video look like they also had “perfect” models, so they probably took multiple shots of different designs and used the one that looked best.
I heard that Disney was developing all kinds of new drone technologies for their theme park shows. It suddenly occurs to me that they could reenact an aerial version of the “charades” scene from Finding Nemo.
