Chicago has a poor showing. The view of LSD looking north from the Field Museum, or a view of Oak street beach as seen from the Hancock (I think)

One of the area around the Wrigley building and Tribune tower would be interesting. Chicago really doesn’t have a lot of Plazas for people watching.
