thanks for the heads up about that doc, @pesco. I love how NASA celebrates its diversity in lots of diverse ways. I watched the first 10 minutes, and I’ll get back to it later tonight. Happy Juneteenth!
Do they mention Nichelle Nichols? Because she was instrumental in pushing for diversity at NASA.

True, and I guess it had to do with the generation of astronauts who were speaking at the time. Only a couple mentioned finding inspiration watching the Moon landing, and it did jump out at me how many were inspired by seeing other older Black astronauts (or those who are no longer with us).
