I think your size estimate might be off by about an order of magnitute unless the guys in the pink jumpsuits are at least 50something feet tall themselves. 147 feet would make the doll about a third the height of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

ETA: fixed now, 14’-9" is still pretty intimidating though!
