closed the border with China! True, but then pissed any possible benefit of that against the wall by a) leaving all the other borders open, and then b) not doing anything with the window of opportunity it did buy.

more tests than anyone else! Probably true, but a) the US is the third most populous country in the world and by far the richest so you better be doing more tests than anyone else, and b) what are you doing with the test results? Oh, right. Next to nothing.
