Thanks - that’s the one I knew I’d seen here before. And in this one it does appear as if the capstones have a strip of mortar on them before they are dominoed.

Yeah you could build a jig, or just slide a block along the row as you set up the standing one, but it would still be a huge waste of time (ignoring the entertainment value) as now you have to go across the whole thing, pick each brick up, mortar it, then put it back.

Still, pretty fun
