Is that little guy winking or is one eye just obscured by the angle? A winking pufferfish photobomb would be just impossibly jaunty.

It’s obscured somehow. Fish don’t have eyelids.

ETA: Except sharks

Given that they also have protective nictating membranes it seems somehow appropriate that sharks would be gatekeeping fish eyelids.
