Finally got to try Thai-style rolled ice cream. It was interesting! Definitely not as creamy as scooped, but very pretty. The people buying it spent a lot of time doing selfies with their ice cream.

Now, if only Honeymee would expand outside of the West Coast…

I wonder what ingredients they used. Icicles here is surprisingly creamy for such a non-conventional method of making ice cream.
