Fetch out your ol’ Big Ear toy (“Hears All! Knows All!”)
and aim it the WHFF (weird humanoid flying figure), and see if a familiar buzzing sound is heard (“real WHFF make more of a shuffle.duffle.muzzle.muff.fista.wista.mista-cuff sound”)
stabilize the image and overlap the frames to get a clearer picture.
I was flying a light plane over Ottawa once and there was a big black garbage bag floating along at about 3000’, which was pretty neat. Also seen some kids helium balloon. No flying men, though.

Pretty sure it’s a military drone. Here is a historical picture of the US Military early testing of a similar drone.
