What kind of house $300,000 can buy around the world

No Vancouver? Oh, that’s right…it’s impossible to get a house for that.

I could get a new line of work. I was told, “if you get an outfit, you can be a cowboy too.”

You scored big with that. This is the best I’ve been able to find in SF for $300K:

Laws in Finland prevent people from living in cottages, such as the one depicted, for more than a few months per year. As a result (and despite attempts to free them up for long-term residing), they are being sold en masse and for reduced prices. But no one wants them. The upkeep is expensive and millennials have no idea how to get by without things like wifi and flush toilets.

How come there’s no photo of a toilet (detached) in London?

Nothing stops you from living in such a cottage around the year if you like, but they are taxed as vacation homes and thus have higher property taxes.

Austin is perfectly fine. I Was in San Antonio when on active duty, I didn’t hate it, didn’t love it either.

I like parts of Kentucky…in particular this one woman from Kentucky who is pretty amazing
