Back around my college days, the family and I had two dogs, Shasta and Molly. Both liked to occasionally dive into the trash can. My father swore that one day, when he and my mother came home to find trash on the floor and my mother asked “who did this,” Shasta started “talking,” and made noises that sounded an awful like “Mo-ee! Mo-ee!”
I still don’t know which one did it, but I have to smile at the memory.
