Where are you on this Twitter political compass?

I’m on Twitter a tiny bit, but I’ve managed to curate people who post about their making/teaching/engineering/artistic hobbies, which I post a little about as well.

I don’t see any space on this list for someone who uses Twitter like a small, dedicated forum or subreddit.

(I used to go in Twitter for the daily outage cycle, and I’m so glad I cut that out of my life a couple years ago.)

I’d be closest to the Feminist, but being trans, would I be one of the accounts they’re following? (I note that I don’t see Trans Twitter anywhere in that grid, but maybe the author doesn’t have the secret password to get into it?)

I have a twitter account but I don’t tweet or reply. I do read and share things that interest me.

Even opening that image and zooming in with $300 glasses I still can’t read it and scrolling around is a pain.

If anyone cares.

If I was on twitter, I’d be the rager on that grid. I can’t keep my cool in an argument, which is one of the various reasons I’m not on twitter.

what would one of these look like for BBS? what would be of the XY axes?

It isn’t “pickles”, that would be too obvious.

I was a deleter. But then I deleted my account and never made another. Something about the interface and the format I really didn’t like even early on when it all seemed harmless and fun to me. Now though it’s annoying because my city gives updates on things like water notices primarily through twitter and FB.

That sounds both safe and serious. Up there with the Brands.

I had a twitter account for a little more than a week then deleted it and haven’t been back.

Kinda like me. I joined when I was still thinking it was worthwhile to keep the fnordius moniker wherever I went. Haven’t really done diddly squat with it, and even avoid logging it to screw with their metrics.

Oldie doomer time-waster here

I did, in fact - Cory just did a write up on it, too:
