Counterpoint: a lot of heroes are foolish. He did put himself into harms way for an ideal. I’m not a fan and might not call him a hero either, but I get it.
The whole award is dumb, people arguing over it is revealing about them but doesn’t mean anything to who those people are (Griner and Tillman). It’s outrage bait.
