re the concern trolling and finding excuses for her behavior: is either ignorant and naive privilege or straight up promotion that it’s ok to be a racist asshole in “certain cases”. In both situations, the message is: “Maybe her behavior is OK”. IT IS NOT OK.

It seems like the poor guy getting hassled here is a UPS seasonal employee, which is why he’s making a run up the street with a handtruck of parcels, instead of hopping in and out of an actual UPS truck. He’s probably not wearing a full UPS uniform, but would definitely have UPS credentials. But that would also be why another UPS driver shows up and vouches for him–that would be the driver this guy is helping.
This woman has probably appointed herself head of the neighborhood watch. She may also be the only member. Even odds she has a gun in her sweatpants.
