It’s amazing how much power is in a name. The amount of hate that’s been thrown around due to SARS-nCov2 being carelessly nicknamed (especially the nicknames tossed out by the racist orange turd) has been absolutely disgusting.

Hmm. Would Trumpanzeepox be considered a valid replacement name? Seems fitting to turn them on each other.

The scientific name for Chickenpox is “Varicella” but good luck getting the general public to use that one.

Huh. I had thought Bigpox was a bit silly at first.

But after reading the rationale of creating a mental link with smallpox (and smallpox vaccines), it’s pretty clever.
