I agree with enso, your ratio is unrealistic. No one I know in our building really enjoys the open concept except for a few loudmouths, and even then they often donāt like it and complain how others talk too much.
until I rotated my desk by 90Ā° I sat with my back to the door - I was tense all the time. one colleague was of the sneaking-in-and-surprising sort, he stopped after I (unintentional) rammed my elbow in his crotch
