Why (or why not) to vote for Hillary Clinton

If you define “today” as 4 weeks ago (March 24).

You been cruising around on your levitating, time-traveling pyramid again?

If anything, this election has convinced me that the Democratic Party needs to change or die.

I hope he refuses without hesitation. VP is where contentious front-runners go to shut up.

Yikes! I didn’t realize that the guy running Correcting the Record wrote a book of lies about Anita Hill to support Thomas.

I’d like to see a breakdown of how many of those “corrections” are aimed at women.

Never one to pour water over whimsical wit,

It is my fault. I caused you to appear out of touch with what is currently happening with current events, specifically the current news regarding Bernie Sanders and his campaign.

The second comment I referenced by Bernie Sanders was made four weeks ago, but the current comments about the requirements Hillary needs to meet before he endorses her, was made on “national TV” Sunday, April 24, 2016 on ABC’s “This Week with George Stephanopoulos”

I should have provided the first link, as it probably confused others beside you. Never to late, I will edit the initial post, but here is the link–plus the ABC transcript from the April 24, 2016 “This Week with George Stephanopoulos”

Here is the transcript link: 'This Week' Transcript: Sen. Bernie Sanders, Reince Priebus, and Charles Koch - ABC News

SANDERS: Well, that is totally dependent on what the Clinton platform is and how she responds to the needs of millions of Americans who are sick and tired of establishment politics and establishment economics.

You know, I can’t snap my finger and tell people what to do. But what I will do is do everything that I can to make sure that somebody like a Donald Trump or some other right-wing Republican, does not become president of the United States. We do not need more tax breaks for billionaires, more cuts to Social Security, Medicare, more ignoring the facts.

Republicans don’t even accept the reality of climate change, let alone being prepared to do something about it.

So I will do everything that I can to defeat any Republican candidate. If Secretary Clinton is the nominee, she is going to have to make the case to the American people, not just to my supporters, but all Americans, that she is prepared to stand up to the billionaire class, she is prepared to fight for health care for all Americans, that she is prepared to pass paid family and medical leave, make sure that college is affordable for the young people in this country.

That is what she has got to do. And I hope, if she is the nominee, that she does that well.

I am not concerned that anyone following this discussion will see me as being out of touch with current events.

Since Clinton probably needs Sanders supporters to beat Trump, and since the Democratic Party needs today’s Sanders supporters to keep the party alive into the future, do you agree that Clinton should align herself more with the progressive wing of the party by firming up her wobbly stands on fracking and TPP and support singe-payer health care?

Answer. The. Question.

Bernie Sanders understands the math. Bernie knows that his path to winning the democratic presidential nomination, baring something unexpected and catastrophic is virtually impossible.

I believe Bernie and Hillary will demonstrate their leadership qualities; and sit down and find common ground, that will allow them to unite the Democratic Party. They will unite against whoever the Republican Party nominee is, because both Hillary and Bernie have stated that either one of them is by far, a better choice than any of the remaining (or anyone in the GOP) republican nominees for president.

Hillary and Bernie will align themselves against whoever the republican presidential nominee is. Bernie Sanders has identified issues he would like to see Hillary and the Democratic Party embrace. I am confident Bernie, Hillary and the Democratic Party will find common ground regarding the few issues they differ over.

Bernie Sanders is approaching a heart to heart moment regarding his quest for the democratic presidential nomination. Tomorrow night could delay or accelerate Bernie’s heart to heart moment.

Still not answering the question.

I think we can safely assume that Khepra is, in fact, a paid shill working for CTR. Dishonest, unethical and corrupt rather than merely deluded…which makes him a perfect representative for the Clinton campaign.

Sanders can and should stay in until his money runs out. He should certainly stay in at least as long as Clinton stayed in in 2008, though he shouldn’t become as frantic in his attacks as she did.

Good to have a live preview of how a Hillary administration would operate. We have always been at war with Eastasia. This is disheartening.

It is a fact that, 10,404, 655 popular votes, 1,428 elected delegates won, support from 516 superdelegates—represent people who think Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton is honest, ethical and not corrupted by special interests.

You may think otherwise, but what makes our American Republic great is–that is your opinion, it is what you are entitled to----your opinion.

I never let anyone or any group of people draw me into Impolite, ill-mannered, imaginary, spurious and specious rhetoric. Why?–Because I would lose based on their vast advantage in experience.

Tomorrow night’s election results has the potential to be a definitive moment for either Hillary or Bernie’s democratic presidential campaigns. Bernie Sanders continues to be a formidable opponent against Hillary. Hoping for a good night tomorrow for Hillary, given her aspiration and ambition of winning the democratic presidential nomination.

Nice use of alliteration! Wonder if you know what all those words mean? But perhaps that’s rude of me, you’re probably much smarter than you’re paid to seem here.

Are CTR paying you well enough to afford sleeping pills? Or at least a spliff and a decent bottle of whiskey?

'Cos if I were doing what you’re doing, I’d certainly have trouble sleeping at night.

For the sake of charity, I’m going to assume that you’ve been driven into this unethical employment by economic desperation. Hell, I used to work in telemarketing; we all hafta do what it takes to survive.

But you should try to get out as soon as you can. Selling your honour like that is soul destroying in the long run.

So, I’m just going to lay this down, here and now before it becomes an issue.Yesterday night, on the MSNBC Town Hall Hillary refused to answer the question of what she needs to do to earn my vote. Her argument (insofar as there was an argument) seems to boil down to me having to vote for her because I somehow owe her my loyalty.

When the election comes around, if Hillary wins the primary, there will be a crowd of people begging Bernie supporters for their vote. If Hillary loses the general, Bernie supporters will be blamed for everything that happens afterwards. Let me say this now: I’ve got broad fucking shoulders. You want to blame me? Blame me. Just remember that my ilk and I will be there in all your future elections.

So before you ask for help winning this one:
