That day holds a special place in my heart.
I remember, every year on Mother’s Day when I gave my mom a big wrapped box containing an eight dollar, three litre bottle of perfume, she’d look at me with teary eyes and say to me “You ruined my life”.
Actually, come to think of that, she’d also say that on my birthday.
And every other day, too.
