You should be fine.
Tinker Bell was in the original novel Peter and Wendy, which is in the public domain [pretty much everywhere] (http://neverpedia.com/pan/Ownership_of_the_Peter_Pan_works) (unless you’re in Spain, Mexico, or Colombia).
That said, the visual depiction that Disney created is still under copyright, so @Ryuuga might be in trouble.
