You’re right; I was overly-brief and callous. I meant that, given limited resources I would focus on prevention over cure.
And here we are, in a thread about what two women may or may not have done, discussing problem men again…

Yep, stepping off the soapbox now…
I know it’s almost a trope for westerners to beat up transsexual prostitutes in Asia, but I find the particular blend of abuse and the callous acceptance of its existance by far too many to be particularly vomit-inducing. I guess the thread derailed from there.
