What are you asking? We do not check with the BBS before we make changes to our website. We will continue not doing that. We aren’t going to be offering you updates.
The opt-out is now working. You can find it by clicking the cog on the dialog box, and selecting the link at the bottom that says you don’t want to see the wand any more.

I’m sure this is my fault somehow, but still, fuck runes and the pixels they rode in on.

I like innovation but this is not the future. Please kill it.
Supporting points:
a) It feels your page has been compromised by the script kids
b) It ‘ruins’ the reading experience if you highlight as part of it.
c) The graphics poorly done.
d) There is no ‘front end’ way to disable, and why should a well built tool even make people feel this way!!?
e) Personally I have zero difficulty sharing BB articles and do so from time to time… Old school by copy/pasting the URL.
Why not just add the normal ‘share this with xyz’ service icons which are pretty non-obtrusive.
